When thoughts and feelings meet,
they become one.
Meeting artists, creators, and professionals from
various fields, and layering their unique sensibilities
and visions into a single product.
What emerges from this process
is far more than just
a collaborative item.
The creator's worldview intersects with the design philosophy MUUZ has always cherished, giving birth to unprecedented new value. We receive someone's vision and deliver it to someone else.
Starting with a single umbrella,
people and sensibilities connect.
We deliver special products
born from such encounters.

GAKU
Born in Yokohama in 2001 and raised in LA, he is based at his studio in Kawasaki. For GAKU, who is autistic, "painting" is his "language." He discovered the works of Taro Okamoto at the age of 16 and suddenly began to paint. Today, he collaborates with various global brands and has made numerous media appearances. He has also held a solo exhibition in New York and realized a massive installation in Hong Kong, establishing himself as a rising artist active on the world stage. For GAKU, "painting" is "language." His works, characterized by intuitive and bold compositions and a vibrant sense of color that only he can create, are overflowing with positive energy, warming the hearts and inspiring those who see them.
