These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using the website and online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") operated by MUUZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). 1. Use of the Services

Additionally, products made with natural bamboo, wood, or other natural materials may exhibit individual variations in color, grain, knots, or shape due to the inherent nature of the material. Product specifications, designs, prices, availability, and other product information are subject to change without prior notice as needed.

3. Orders

After you place an order through the Services, the Company will send a notification confirming receipt or acceptance of your order. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel an order in the event of stock availability issues, payment processing problems, errors in product information or pricing, suspected unauthorized use, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email address or other contact information. Cancellations after order confirmation may not be accepted depending on the status of shipment preparation. In particular, orders for custom-made, engraved, personalized, or processed products cannot be canceled once processing or production has begun. 4. Product Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed on each product page. Prices for domestic orders within Japan are displayed tax-inclusive unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and any other additional charges will be displayed on the product page, checkout page, or in the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act" notation. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country or region. Unless explicitly stated that the Company covers these costs, they are the responsibility of the customer. Payments can be made using any of the available payment methods displayed on the Services. The Company may adjust product prices, shipping rates, promotions, and discounts as necessary. However, as a rule, price changes will not be applied retroactively to orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Company will ship ordered products to the delivery address specified by the customer. Dispatch dates or estimated arrival dates stated on product pages are guidelines only. Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, carrier status, customs procedures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. 6. Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

Returns, exchanges, and refunds of products are handled in accordance with our "Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy." Depending on the condition of MUUZ products, repair support may be available. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer negligence is not eligible for returns or exchanges as an initial defect; however, repair options may be guided separately if feasible.

7. Custom-Made and Personalized Items

Items processed or produced based on customer specifications—such as personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products—may be subject to terms different from standard products. Please carefully check the specifications, text content, design, lead times, and other terms stated on the product page before placing an order. When providing text, logos, images, designs, or other materials, the customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights or permissions to use such materials.

8. B2B Transactions, OEM/ODM, and Collaborations

For corporate/group transactions, OEM/ODM projects, joint developments, collaborations, and other individual commercial transactions, terms agreed upon in separate quotations, purchase orders, or agreements shall apply in addition to or in place of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individually agreed terms, the individual agreement shall prevail.

9. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the MUUZ name, logo, product designs, text, images, photos, videos, graphics, and other content posted on the Services belong to the Company or legitimate third-party rights holders. For collaboration products involving artists, designers, brands, or third parties, rights to the works, designs, and names belong to their respective rights holders. Except for personal use or as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, reprint, sell, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the content of the Services without prior authorization from the Company or the respective rights holders.

10. User Submissions and Reviews

When posting product reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Services, you must not post content that infringes on third-party copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights. However, the seller of the products on this store is the Company, and the sales contract for products is established between you and the Company.
